BackBox is also ideal in the automation of network device backups and configuration. One of the things that I like about BackBox is that it assists in avoiding misconfigurations of our network devices. Our online retail IT setting is full of routers and firewalls that have to be constantly updated and the platform is perfect in ensuring that any change is documented and backed up. A weakness that I have observed in BackBox is that it is a bit cumbersome to write reports on several devices simultaneously. The most appropriate thing about BackBox is that it guards our infrastructure, backing up all network devices automation. When it comes to the management of IT systems, I was involved in the process of manual backups that were costly in terms of time, and in some cases, the configurations were lost. As part of the implementation, we discovered that some jobs could not be customized as easily as they were supposed to be customized. Although it can be integrated with other systems, it may need time to fine-tune all connections.
